Born Dispatcher.
Built for This.
I did not start as a Training Coordinator.
I started as a dispatcher — answering calls, managing chaos and learning what it means to be the voice between a citizen in crisis and a first responder who needs accurate information to come home safe.
I did that for 21 years. And then I built the system that trains the people who do it next.

I grew up in Newark NJ, found my calling in Houston TX and built my career in Trenton NJ.
Three cities. Two departments. Twenty-one years.
One mission — making sure the next generation of dispatchers is trained by someone who actually knows what they are walking into.
